"KPop Demon Hunters" is breaking records for Netflix. Industry analysts say the streaming giant should double down on family animation — and K-pop.

The similarities with KPop Demon Hunters are almost immediate from the opening moments of Netflix animated series Jentry Chau vs. the Underworld. The series focuses on 16-year-old Jentry Chau (voiced by Ali Wong), a teenage girl who learns she has demon-slaying powers, and a powerful demon is out to get her to steal them from her.

The KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack continues its reign atop the ARIA Albums Chart, holding the No. 1 spot for a third consecutive week. It now becomes the longest-running No. 1 album from an animated film since Trolls led for three weeks back in 2017.
