The Arizona Cardinals are merely hours away from their preseason Week 2 battle against the Denver Broncos at Mile High. After a tough joint practice against Denver on Thursday, the Cardinals aren't expected to play their starters tonight - which will give plenty of opportunity to backups who find themselves either on the bubble of the roster or fighting for a role within their respective position.

Freeman totaled 1,596 yards from scrimmage and scored nine touchdowns in three years (46 games) with the Broncos.
While a majority of the Broncos’ starters aren’t expected to play against the Cardinals on Saturday night (7:30 p.m. MT, 9NEWS/NFL Network), there’s still plenty that matters in the prime-time matchup.
