WWE Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio was scheduled for a marquee title defense against AJ Styles at the Night of Champions premium live event on Saturday, but the match was abruptly canceled during this week's episode of Monday Night Raw.

WWE has officially announced that the match for the Intercontinental Championship at WWE Night of Champions is canceled because Dominik Mysterio is injured.
