Anne Wojcicki’s winning bid to reclaim control of 23andMe doesn’t necessarily end the fight over what happens to the DNA of 15 million people collected by the bankrupt consumer genomics company.

Beleaguered genetic testing company 23andMe announced Friday that it has reached an agreement to sell itself to TTAM Research Institute, a nonprofit led by the company's co-founder and former CEO Anne Wojcicki.

The California-based nonprofit founded by the former 23andMe CEO is set to close the $305 million deal in coming weeks.
