The Steelers selected Ohio State QB Will Howard in the sixth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, and questions remain about what to expect from the young signal-caller will have in his rookie season — as well as how he’ll fit into the Steelers’ 53-man regular season roster.

Speaking to Devin Jackson of the Philadelphia Inquirer, Howard’s mother, Maureen, says he wanted to go to work right away when he was drafted on Saturday. The Steelers coaches gave him the weekend off, but Howard was already at work that Monday.
