The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office has arrested an 18-year-old substitute office worker in connection with an incident involving inappropriate conduct with a minor.

Two DMV employees and others were arrested in a scheme to sell driver's licenses to illegal immigrants, according to Bay County Sheriff Tommy Ford.
