A CONTROVERSIAL bid to change the design of a planned 36-megawatt battery storage site near a popular nature site has been rejected.

Nusrat Usman, 43, daughter Maryam Mikaiel, 15, and sons Musa Usman, eight, and Raees Usman, four, died after the fire on May 24.
