Ayoka Lee had 17 points and 10 rebounds in her return to the lineup, and fifth-seeded Kansas State beat Fairfield 85-41 in the first round of the NCAA women's tournament.

Ayoka Lee's triumphant return was just part of the story as Kansas State women's basketball blew Fairfield out in their March Madness opener.

Not only did the Wildcats beat Fairfield 85-41 to advance to the Round of 32 without exerting much energy, they got star center Ayoka Lee back from foot injuries ... and she played like an All-American. Lee scored 17 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in just 15 minutes of action. She looked healthy after missing 12 of K-State’s past 13 games.
