Communities across Massachusetts continue to lend their support to the people whose lives were changed forever by the Gabriel House fire in Fall River.
When they heard Gabriel House residents screaming for help during the deadly fire on July 13, a group of neighbors grabbed ladders and ran to help.
Less than a week after the fatal fire at Gabriel House in Fall River, the family of a resident has retained the legal services of Morgan & Morgan, the law firm announced in a press release. In initial reports, nine people were killed and more than 30 hospitalized as a result of the July 13 fire.
The Bristol County DA reported the update Friday saying, "it was due to a miscommunication with a medical agency."
The nation's largest injury law firm announced Friday it was investigating the fatal fire in Fall River Sunday night.
